I had attempted to have a bouquet of flowers delivered on Saturday to my sister-in-law for her birthday with another florist I found online. After ordering the flowers and being notified they would be delivered later that day, I informed my sister-in-law she had a surprise coming to her. I later received an email informing me my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. Since I live in the US it is rather difficult for me to choose a florist I or my sister-in-law are familiar with. I was alittle nervous placing another order online but I did. Today I called to confirm my order would be delivered and I spoke with a very nice gentleman, he assured me twice, the flowers would be delivered and not to worry. I spoke with my sister-in-law tonight and she has received her flowers and she LOVES them! She said they are a very excellent quality of flowers and the gentleman who delivered them was super nice! Based on the conversation I had with the designer earlier today, his wonderful demeanor and his reassurance the flowers would be delivered, coupled with the great interaction my SIL had with the delivery, I definitely will be ordering from this place again.
