I ordered flowers for a memorial service. I am in the United States, however, my dear friend who’s mother had passed was at the service in Barrie and sent me a picture. The bouquet that was delivered was pretty, however, it looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. I understand there is a disclaimer on the website saying that due to Covid, certain flowers are in short supply so the florist reserves the right to exchange flowers due to availability. But this looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The florist had all my contact information. I would have appreciated being contacted regarding this. The person that passed away did not care for lilies . That’s why I picked the “Sweet Comfort” bouquet. No lilies. In the bouquet that was delivered there were several asiatic lilies. That was disappointing.
